Architectural Design
The Architecture Unit is one of the first divisions established within Arman Group, commencing its activities in 2010. From the very beginning, it set out with the goal of transforming the perspective of clients toward branding and sales by introducing innovative approaches through architectural planning and the design of residential, office, and commercial façades.
In this journey, and to further enhance the scope of our services, Arman’s Architecture Unit succeeded in obtaining official qualifications in design and consulting from the Planning and Budget Organization of Iran, in collaboration with MandSazan Toos and Dej Sazeh Marlik.
Today, we take pride in our distinguished portfolio, with the design of over one million square meters of commercial, office, and residential buildings, enabling us to take more confident steps in delivering ever-improving services to stakeholders in the construction industry.

- Notification of conducting soil studies and tests, designing and estimating the area, and preparing contract documents for the construction of the Maud City building.
- Completion of electrical and mechanical installation buildings on the first floor and completion of the concrete structure on the second floor
- Design, quantity surveying, cost estimation, and preparation of contract documents for the construction of monitoring rooms, guard posts, and storage facilities of the Gas Department buildings in Zirkooh, Darmian, Sarbisheh, and Nehbandan.

- Conducting construction studies for the establishment of an administrative building and guesthouse in Ferdows County, as well as the expansion of the administrative building and construction of a parking facility in Birjand County.
- Cost estimation for the entrance gates project of Sari Airport
- Specialized consulting services in geotechnical engineering (soil), concrete quality control, and welding for the Mr. Hashemi's Zeynab Kobra Charity Project.
- Foundation design for the administrative building of the Shahid Mirhosseini Fire Station Oil Depot in Zabol.
